Please note that all orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday except holidays are usually dispatched the same day as ordered, for delivery within 1 to 5 days.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE on orders over €99, for smaller orders delivery charge is €6.95
These rates apply regardless of order weight or size anywhere in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We also deliver to other countries but delivery times may take longer and we will have to quote for the delivery cost outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
How long does delivery take?
We process and dispatch most orders within 48 hours of receipt and our Delivery Service Partners provide online parcel tracking facilities, active from 2-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery time will vary depending upon your distance from the Courier’s Hub, but a typical delivery will reach the recipient within 3-7 working days.
What happens if I'm out when a delivery is attempted?
Our couriers will reattempt delivery. If unsuccessful a second time your order will be returned to our collection point. The customer can either then collect it or request another delivery. This is deemed a new delivery and will incur a further delivery charge of €10 ex vat
How will my goods be packaged?
Very well! We want to ensure that your goods arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery Damaged or Missing Items
Where goods have been damaged or items are missing from your order then we advise the following:

Your Order number
Manufacturers part code of the missing products
An accurate description of the problem
Before signing for the order check the parcel for any damage and make a note on the courier delivery sheet
Provide digital images of the parcel where possible
Upon receiving this information we will then get back to you as soon as we can.
When will delivery take place?
Deliveries take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We cannot specify daily delivery times.
What happens if my delivery gets lost?
All items that we sent out are fully insured from the second they leave our warehouse, right up to the point they are signed for. In the unlikely event that a parcel should go missing we await courier confirmation and once given dispatch a replacement order to you.
Where do you deliver to?
We here at All County Supplies deliver to all 32 counties within Ireland with no exception. We also deliver to other countries but delivery times may take longer and we will have to quote for the delivery cost outside of Ireland.
Who can sign for the parcel?
Anyone at the delivery address can sign for the parcel. We are responsible for the parcel until a signature has been received at the delivery address. It's not possible to specify that the parcel is only signed for by you. If delivery is to a work place, we advise you to let the reception (or whoever normally takes in your deliveries) that you have a parcel on the way.
Reservation of ownership
All goods remain unqualified property of All County Supplies until payment has been received in full.
Returning a product
Returns to All County Supplies requires an e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for processing. Please include the following name, address, telephone number, your order number and date of purchase. Here you will receive a returns number which will have to be attached to the goods returned. You will be advised as to whether your return has been authorised or denied, and given further instructions on returning the product.
Unwanted or unsuitable products may be returned to All County Supplies within 14 working days of receipt of goods. This is in line with the "Distance Selling Directive" as long as the goods are not opened and the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state and the goods are in a resalebale condition. Goods must be returned at customers own expense.
Where a product is returned a 15% restocking fee will apply excluding all other delivery charges.
Returned Products Must Be Complete.
All Products MUST BE returned one hundred percent (100%) complete, including all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All County Supplies reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete Products or to charge a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for returns that are accepted.
Conditions of Sale
Orders accepted by the Company may not be cancelled under any circumstances unless agreed in writing by the Company.
Reservation of Title
Notwithstanding any written conditions to the contrary contained in any orders received by the Company, all goods supplied will remain the property of the Company until full payment has been made and in the event of a resale of the goods by the Buyer, the Buyer shall hold all monies received by him for said resale of the use of the Company and undertakes to inform the Third Party of the Company’s interest in the goods. If the goods are used or incorporated into production of new goods, the Buyer shall hold such new goods or such proportion tereof as is attributable to the Company for the Company’s use and the Company may enter the buyer’s premises for the purpose of recovering the said goods. We reserve the right to charge any costs incurred in the recovery of any outstanding accounts.
Non-Delivery of Goods
An advice note will be forwarded with the despatch which will state the date of despatch. Any goods which have been invoiced and not delivered in whole or in part within 14 days of the date of despatch shown on the Company’s invoice must be notified to the Company. If delivery has still not been effected 21 days after the date of despatch this notification must be in writing, but the Company shall not be liable for any loss of profit or any consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind to the Buyer howsoever caused.
The company operate policy of progressive improvements and reserve the right to alter the specification of any product without notice. Information given by way of illustrations and dimensions is intended to assist the Buyer but where such information is of paramount importance it should be confirmed with the Company in writing before any order is placed.
Clerical errors and omissions are subject to correction without notice.
Any contract subsisting between the Company and the Buyer shall be construed in all respects in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland and unless otherwise arranged, is subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Court.
